If you want to cancel the order which you placed before the order has been
dispatched, we will deduct 5% charges on your order. The process might take 24-48 working hours for the process.
If the product has been dispatched and you still want to cancel the product, we
will initiate the refund once we recieve the product. However 5% handling fee and courier charges will be deducted from the amount you paid.
We do not accept any cancellation for pre-orders.
Note:
You must return in the original packaging with company seal, for refund.
We do not accept any type of damaged, defective, seal broken or wrong product from customers for cancellation or return/refund of products
