MSI‘s Flow Frozr tech enhances graphics card cooling for optimal GPU performance and can aide heat dissipation across the entire system when it expels warm air out through the rear IO.
1. VAPOR CHAMBER
A Vapor Chamber quickly captures heat from both the GPU and VRAM, then efficiently transfers thermal energy to the core pipe.
2. CORE PIPE
Precision-crafted Core Pipes maximize space utilization, ensuring a squared section of heat pipes makes full contact with the vapor chamber, distributing heat along the entire heatsink.
3. PATENTED CIRCULAR FAN
A patented 120mm circular fan with dual ball bearings and 9 optimized curved blades effectively increase the airflow area.
4. ZERO FROZR
The fans cease spinning when the GPU temperature is low enough, eliminating noise during idle moments. They auto-resume when gaming or when a heavy-load of heat kicks in.
5. V-SHAPED FINS
Fins with a V-shaped cutout influence airflow inclination angles which enhance flow efficiency, and fan wave notches direct air toward the center for quicker expulsion of warm air.
6. PUSH PULL AIRFLOW
Two fans work collaboratively—one pushes cool air into the heatsink, while the other pulls hot air away—to improve cooling efficiency and reduce heat buildup.
