- This product does not support capturing or recording devices or video content with HDCP encryption like Blu-ray DVDs, TV sticks. PS4 and PS5 support this capture card when HDCP is turned off
- The resolution of the USB capture must be less than or equal to the HDMI input signal resolution, otherwise, it will prompt “Video format not supported”
